This is a LoRa transparent transmission device for 8 channels digital input/output.

Overview

This is a LoRa transparent transmission device for 8 channels digital input/output. It has an IP40 protection rating and is specifically designed as a wireless relay device to transmit digital signals through LoRa. This wireless gateway utilizes an industrial-grade high-performance 32-bit communication processor with an embedded real-time operating system (OS) as the software platform. It can be installed using a 35mm DIN rail or wall-mounting method, catering to different application environments.

Features

The device adopts an ARM Cortex-M4 processor with a frequency of 192MHz.

It serves as a LoRa terminal for wireless data transmission, providing users with a fully transparent data transfer mode. It supports various network topologies such as star and mesh networks, enabling multiple communication modes including unicast, broadcast, and multicast within the same network.

With a high reception sensitivity of -139dBm, it possesses strong anti-interference capability, and the transmission power is adjustable.

It operates in the free ISM 430M-490M frequency band, eliminating the need for frequency usage fees. The default frequency is 490M to avoid the congested 433M band.

It supports a total of 8 channels of DI and output DO. The DI supports dry contact input mode, while the DO supports both dry contact output and pulse output (wet contact) modes.

Device A detects the switch data and transmits it to Device B using LoRa transmission. Device B’s relay output matches the switch status detected by Device A.

Each channel has indicator lights to indicate the open and closed states of the digital input/output. The input switch status is automatically detected.

The DIP switches can be used to set the normally open and normally closed states of the digital output when there is no LoRa wireless signal connection.

It supports an Ethernet port with 10/100Base-T(X) auto-adaptive interface, supporting auto-negotiation (full and half duplex) and auto MDI/MDIX crossover detection.

It supports various configuration methods such as Web Server and Windows configuration tool, and also supports SNMP network management.

● When powered by dual DC power (5.08 wiring terminal):
  It can be powered by a wide range of DC voltage from 9-70V or AC voltage from 7-55V. The power supply automatically detects the polarity, eliminating the need to differentiate between positive and negative poles during installation.
  It supports internal isolation, redundant dual power inputs, and provides reverse connection protection.

● When powered by AC power (3-pin AC socket):

  It supports AC voltage from 85-265V or DC voltage from 110-300V, providing a wide input voltage range.

The power supply features overload protection and complies with industrial-grade electromagnetic compatibility requirements. It offers exceptional lightning protection, high-voltage induction resistance, and surge protection.

The device operates without a fan, ensuring efficient heat dissipation and reducing repair time.

It is housed in an anodized aluminum alloy enclosure with an IP40 protection rating, capable of withstanding challenging environmental conditions.

It can be installed on a DIN rail or wall-mounted.

Wide temperature range: Operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C.

It has passed 100% burn-in testing.
