This serial to fiber converter adopts an industrial-grade design with large-scale FPGA technology, providing 2 serial ports that support RS232/422/485 interfaces simultaneously on each port.

The effective communication distance can reach up to 0-120 kilometers, and the communication speed of the serial port can reach up to 0-256KBPS.

● The serial to fiber converter provides 2 serial ports, with each port simultaneously providing RS232/422/485 serial interfaces (interface type can be set via DIP switches), making it easy to activate on-site services.

● Automatically detect and control RS-485 data flow without using handshake signals to control the data flow direction.

● Automatically detect the baud rate of the serial port signal.

● Can transmit asynchronous serial port data with adaptive baud rates ranging from 0-256Kbps.

● The serial port interface is protected against lightning strikes according to the IEC61000-4-5 (10/700μS) standard: differential mode (6KV impedance at 2Ω); common mode (6KV impedance at 2Ω).

● When dual DC power supply:

● Can be powered by DC9-55V or AC7-50V wide-range power supply. The power supply has the function of polarity automatic detection, and there is no need to distinguish between positive and negative poles during installation;
