Din Rail USB to 8 Channels RS232/422/485 Converter

The basic function of this converter is to convert USB to 8 channels 2.5KV isolation/6KV lightning protection RS232/422/485.

The working power of this product is supplied by the USB port, and no external power supply is required.

It adopts a unique delay-free automatic transceiver conversion technology, plug-and-play suitable for all software, and has transceiver enable control. When in standby state without sending data, the output is high-impedance state, supporting multi-point communication.

Different from other similar cheap products on the market, this product:
● Industrial-grade operating temperature (-40 to +85 degrees);
● Serial port 2.5KV isolation (connecting to AC~380V will not burn the USB port)/6KV three-level lightning protection (10/700us current wave, internal resistance 40Ω);
● RS485 maximum rate supports up to 2Mbits
● USB built-in TVS protection (±15kV-air and ±8kV-contact);

● Full-speed USB device interface, compatible with USB v2.0, emulates standard serial port, used to upgrade the original serial port peripherals, or add additional serial ports through USB.

●The hardware has a built-in transceiver buffer, and each serial port has its own high-speed isolation chip, supporting communication baud rate 1200~6Mbps (RS232<256Kbps)
●The 4-channel RS485 serial port and USB interface are isolated with 2.5KV. When connected to AC~220V or AC~380V high voltage for a long time, only the RS485 interface will burn, and the USB port and connected devices will not burn.

●The minimum number of RS485 group points is 128, and the maximum number of group points is determined by the RS485 input impedance of each station.
●Each serial port has its own independent transceiver LED light for easy monitoring of status.
