Overview

This optical transceiver adopts large-scale FPGA design and original technology, and can simultaneously support 1~16 channels of analog signals (current/voltage) or up to 16 DI/DO, or up to 8 RS232/422/485 serial ports to 1+1 backup optical fiber for transmission. When the main optical fiber is broken, the backup optical fiber will work. The equipment adopts dual power supply, high-performance FPGA programmable device, no MCU processing, high-speed conversion, sampling frequency can reach 20KHZ, 12-bit AD conversion chip, which solves the problems of electromagnetic interference, ground ring interference and lightning damage, greatly improves the reliability, safety and confidentiality of control signals, and also solves the problem of limited cable transmission distance.

Features

Two optical interfaces support 1+1 optical backup. When the main optical fiber is broken, it switches to the backup optical fiber. When the main optical fiber is normal, it switches to the main optical fiber. The switching time between the main and backup optical fibers is less than 1ms. The switching of optical fibers does not affect the state of the dry contactbeing transmitted.

There are 8 module slots in the device, with 2 analog channels per slot, which can be bidirectional, 2 DI/DO channels per slot, which can be bidirectional, and 1 serial port per slot. For example, it can be made into an optical terminal with 4 bidirectional analog channels + 4 unidirectional DI/DOchannels + 2 serial ports.

The analog quantity supports 4~20mA current; or 0~10V/0~5V, voltage; 16 analog input and output channels can be combined arbitrarily; 

The AD/DA channels of the 16 analog channels use FPGA parallel reading and writing, not MCU sequential reading and writing mode, and the delay of each analog channel is less than 0.1ms;

Each analog channel reads high-speed sampling data through FPGA, and the sampling rate is 20K times/second, much higher than similar products on the market;

After the analog output end with optical fiber is broken or the input end device loses power, the analog output maintains the value before the most recent fiber break, which can be enabled by DIP switch setting. When this function is not enabled, the analog quantity after fiber break is 0MA or 0V;

The serial port supports three data interfaces RS232/485/422, RS232 supports 3-wire RS232 (TXD, RXD, GND); RS232/485/422 channels can transmit asynchronous serial data with adaptive baud rate from 0-115200

Each dry contact has an open and closed indicator light status indication; the dry contact input is automatically detected when it is open and closed, and the dry contact output is in the same state when the input is in any state, which is convenient for project activation; the switch state of the dry contact is stable when the power is on or the optical fiber is not connected, and there will be no random action state;

Multi-mode fiber/single-mode fiber is optional, multi-mode can transmit 2KM, single-mode can transmit 20KM, ST/SC/FC Optional interface;
