RS232 Isolation Hub

The 2-channel buffered RS232 hub is an RS232 communication gateway device, which is mainly used to coordinate the information interaction between the host and the slave in the RS232 communication network. The buffered RS232 hub can coordinate multiple RS232 hosts to access a single slave, and the communication network does not conflict; on the other hand: it can act as a hub to expand the number of slaves in the RS232 branch and bus. This device adopts a photoelectric isolation design to prevent mutual interference of signals and ensure communication stability; it adopts a 10K data cache to coordinate multiple simultaneous communications; it adopts data frame intelligent recognition technology to speed up data communication response and abnormal error response to ensure communication timeliness.

Each RS232 has 6kV lightning protection capability, photoelectric isolation, isolation voltage up to 3KV, and each channel has an independent ground, so that when one RS232 bus is damaged, the devices on other RS232 buses can be protected; the power port also has 6kV lightning protection capability

● multi-master and one-slave mode, multiple hosts access one slave at the same time, supports one-master and multiple-slave mode, multiple slaves can send data to the host at the same time, supports two-master and one-slave (default) and one-master-two-slave communication mode switching

● Each RS232 has 6kV lightning protection capability, 3KV photoelectric isolation, each RS232 has an independent shielded wire ground interface and LED indicator, uses an isolated voltage 3KV DC-DC power supply, and the communication signal uses high-speed optical coupler isolation;

● The power supply ground is isolated from the ground of No.1/2/3 RS232, and the ground of No.1/2/3 RS232 is isolated from each other, all of which are 3KV electrical isolation, and direct AC220V or AC380V voltage access will not burn the other end of the isolation;

● Maximum 10K bytes of cache, the device comes with configuration software, you can set the communication mode and the parameters of each 232 interface;;

● RS232 interface has three-level lightning protection, lightning protection reaches GB/T17 626.5 (IEC61000-4-5) short-circuit current wave 10/700μs, open-circuit peak output voltage 6KV, internal resistance 40 ohm standard;

● Supports wide range 9-70V DC power input, the power interface has 6kV lightning protection capability;

● The power supply supports overload protection and reverse connection protection; meets the requirements of industrial level 4 electromagnetic compatibility;

When the software is set to multi-master and one-slave mode, two master stations can train one slave machine at the same time.

When the software is set to one master and multiple slaves mode, one master station trains multiple slaves in turn (ordinary hub mode)
