2. In-sale service:
Enthusiastically accept customer inquiries, introduce in detail the specifications and models, performance characteristics, and technical advantages of the series of products, and send product samples and related materials upon customer requirements.
3. After-sales service:
1. The user can enjoy the whole machine warranty service from the date of purchase of the equipment; maintenance is free during the warranty period, and other maintenance only charges the cost of spare parts and does not charge man-hour fees. Out of the warranty period and due to the damage or failure of the spare parts in the second clause of the “Warranty Instructions”, only spare parts will be charged for replacement and repair, and no working hours will be charged.
2. After the product is repaired, if the same part is damaged or malfunctioned due to quality problems within six months, it can be replaced or repaired free of charge.
3. The 24-hour service hotline (400-0505-571) is in charge of a dedicated person, and accepts users’ consultation, complaints and repairs at any time.
