Service Process 

一、Pre Sales Service:
Warmly accept the customer's consultation, introduce the specifications and models, performance characteristics and technical advantages of the series of products in detail, and send product samples and relevant information as required by customers.
二、On Sale Services:
To provide users with the most professional, economic and reasonable configuration application program. If users have special needs, we can provide product prototype and door-to-door, and design and configure the application scheme according to the use environment.
三、After Sales Service:
1. Users can enjoy the whole machine warranty service from the date of purchasing the equipment; the maintenance is free within the warranty period, and other maintenance only charges the cost of spare parts, and no man hour fee is charged. In case of damage or failure of spare parts beyond the warranty period and due to the contents of the second clause of the "warranty notice", only the cost of spare parts shall be charged for replacement and repair, and no man hour fee shall be charged.
2. The product can be replaced or repaired free of charge in case of damage or failure of the same spare part due to quality problems within six months after repair.
