This device is designed for 4-port 100Base-T to 100Base-FX fiber conversion, primarily used for long-distance transmission support (20/40/60/80/100/120 kilometers) in fiber networks. It provides 1 100Mbps fiber port and 4 100Mbps Ethernet electrical ports. All the ethernet and fiber ports have automatic loop detection and isolation, as well as corresponding loopback port and LFP functionality.
● The device provides 1 100Mbps fiber port and 4 100Mbps Ethernet electrical ports, with automatic adaptation to 10/100Mbps environments and automatic negotiation for full-duplex and half-duplex modes. It supports the automatic selection of crossover or straight-through connection for twisted pair ports, facilitating system debugging and installation.
● The optical interface supports three fiber transmission modes: multimode duplex, single-mode duplex, and single-mode simplex. Optional SC/ST/FC/LC interfaces are available.
● It features error detection and system power restart function in case of system hang-ups, making it suitable for high-volume data applications such as video transmission.
● It has automatic loop detection and isolation for all electrical and fiber ports, with loop indication lights.
● It supports the LFP function, allowing alarms from the fiber port to be transmitted to the electrical port. It can be enabled or disabled using a DIP switch.
● It supports the transmission of extra-long jumbo frames, compatible with switch products that support the IEEE 802.1Q protocol. It supports Ethernet frames with a maximum size of 4097 bytes.
● It includes features such as broadcast storm protection, flow balancing, collision isolation, and error detection.
● It supports wide-range input of 9-70V DC, with internal isolation and redundant dual power inputs.
● It complies with industrial-grade electromagnetic compatibility requirements and has strong lightning protection, resistance against high voltage induction, and surge protection.
● The fanless design ensures efficient heat dissipation and reduces repair time.
● It has an IP40 protection rating, capable of withstanding harsh environmental conditions.
● It can be installed on a DIN rail or wall-mounted.
● It is designed for wide temperature range operation from -40°C to +85°C.
