3G HD-SDI + Ethernet + DI/DO + Serial + Telephone + E1 Fiber Mux

The device provides 8 ports 3Gbps HD-SDI video and 8 ports telephone interfaces. It also includes 8 ports digital input/output (or 4 ports RS232-422-485) interfaces. Additionally, it features 4 100Mbps Ethernet interfaces and 2 1Gbps Ethernet interfaces. The 3Gbps HD-SDI optical transceiver supports signal formats ranging from 270Mbps to 2.97Gbps, including SMPTE424M, SMPTE292, SMPTE344M, SMPTE259M, and DVB-ASI (270M) digital television formats.

Each Ethernet port has its independent bandwidth. The total bandwidth of the 6 Ethernet ports is 21000Mbps + 4100Mbps = 2400Mbps. The transmission is completely independent and physically isolated through a single fiber optic cable. The internal circuitry of the device adopts a fully digital design, ensuring reliable and stable operation, low power consumption, high integration, compact size, and easy installation and maintenance.

● SD, HD, and 3G inputs are automatically detected, supporting rates from 270Mbit/s to 3Gbit/s. It also supports the new FULL HD 1080P/60HZ 3Gbps HD-SDI format signal, with a maximum transmission distance of up to 80 km. Supported signal formats include SMPTE 424M (2.97Gbps), SMPTE 292M (1.485Gbps), SMPTE 344M (540Mb/s), SMPTE 259M (360Mb/s), and DVB-ASI (270Mb/s).

● The transmitter has automatic cable equalization: 80M for 2.97Gb/s, 140M for 1.485Gb/s, and 250M for 270Mb/s.

● Both the transmitter and receiver have LED indicators to show the status of the SDI signal connection.

● The 4 100Mbps Ethernet interfaces operate in full duplex mode, with each Ethernet port having its independent 100Mbps bandwidth and physical isolation.

● The 2 1Gbps Ethernet interfaces support 10/100/1000M, full/half duplex auto-negotiation, with each group having its independent 1000Mbps bandwidth and physical isolation.

● The 100Mbps Ethernet supports the transmission of VLAN jumbo frames and can be used with switch products that support the IEEE 802.1Q protocol. It can handle jumbo frames with a maximum length of 10240.

● It supports 8 channels of voice input, with features such as caller ID display, reverse polarity billing, and fax functionality. The voice interface supports FXO/FXS/2-wire or 4-wire EM/2-wire audio/magnetic telephone interfaces. The FXO port interfaces with the PBX, while the FXS port connects to the user’s telephone.

● It can connect to 8 digital input/output or 4 channels RS232/422/485 serial interfaces.

● It has 1 Console management interface (optional) and 1 SNMP management interface (optional).

● All interfaces are equipped with lightning protection that complies with IEC61000-4-5 (10/700μS) standards: Differential mode: 6KV with impedance of 40Ω; Common mode: 6KV with impedance of 40Ω.

● Multiple power supply options are available: AC220V, DC-48V/DC24V, etc. It supports dual power modes such as AC+DC, AC+AC, and DC+DC.
