This server is a device that enables immediate networking capabilities for digital input/output and serial communication devices. The product supports 16 channels of digital input and 16 channels of digital output, as well as 8 serial ports that support RS232/422/485 interfaces. It also features 4 gigabit ethernet ports.

This server supports various network protocols, such as TCP, UDP, ARP, ICMP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, Telnet, and SSH, and has comprehensive management functions, including access control, quick configuration, and online upgrades. It supports multiple TCP session connections and supports multiple operating modes, including Modbus TCP Server.

The server can be accessed through a web interface, which is user-friendly and straightforward. It is designed to be fanless, low-power, and suitable for wide temperature and voltage ranges. It has undergone rigorous testing that conforms to industry standards and can adapt to harsh EMC requirements in the field.

● The server is equipped with a high-speed processor and runs on the Linux OS OpenWrt system.

● It supports 4 auto-adaptive 10/100/1000M ethernet ports. The ethernet ports feature automatic negotiation (Auto-Nego Full&half duplex) and automatic cross-line detection (MDI/MDIX).

● The server provides 8 serial ports, with each port providing RS232/422/485 serial interfaces (interface type can be set via WEB), making it easy to activate services on-site.

● It supports a total of 16 channels of digital input and 16 channels of digital output. Digital input supports dry contact input mode, and digital output supports dry contact output mode.

● The server supports multiple operating modes such as Modbus TCP Server, SNMP, and SSH, enabling data reading of digital input/output devices over the network. It also supports gateway and cross-routing communication and automatic reconnection in case of network interruption.

● Digital input/output supports SNMP protocol Get and Set commands to read and set the input and output status of digital input/output.

● Each channel of the server has a status indicator for the on/off state of digital input/output, and automatic detection of input on/off state.

● The digital input interface comes with a filter to filter out interference pulses and ensure stable output of digital input signals.

● The server’s serial port supports transparent conversion from Modbus-RTU to Modbus-TCP, enabling data reading of serial communication devices over the network.

● The serial port also supports SSL security protocol for encrypted transmission of serial port data. It supports MQTT multi-topic subscription and publishing function, MQTT transparent transmission, and Modbus to JSON data packet function. It supports parsing of JSON issued by the server and periodic reporting function, as well as MQTT protocol docking with multiple cloud platforms such as Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, and China Mobile Cloud.

● The server supports standard TCP/IP SOCKET application program access, with TCP supporting multiple connections to meet the needs of multiple users simultaneously monitoring or managing digital input/output devices.

● The server also supports single-machine or multi-machine communication in UDP mode, meeting the needs of multiple users simultaneously monitoring or managing digital input/output devices.

● It supports various configuration forms such as Windows configuration tool, SSH, Telnet, and WEB, and supports SNMP network management.

● The server supports local and remote firmware upgrades.

● The digital input/output and serial interfaces of the server are protected against lightning in accordance with IEC61000-4-5 (8/20μS) differential mode: 6KV, impedance (40Ω); common mode: 6KV, impedance (40Ω) standards.
