Overview

This product adopts a large-scale FPGA design and original technology, which can simultaneously support 1~16 channels of analog signal (current/voltage) transmission to 1+1 backup optical fiber. When the main optical fiber breaks, the backup optical fiber works. The device adopts a dual power supply, high-performance FPGA programmable device, no MCU processing, high-speed conversion, the sampling frequency can reach 20KHZ, 12-bit AD conversion chip, which solves the problems of electromagnetic interference, ground ring interference, and lightning damage, and greatly improve Control signal reliability, security and confidentiality, and also solve the problem of limited cable transmission distance.

Features

The device is used in pairs, the signal input of the local end, and the signal output of the opposite end; 

Two optical interfaces, support 1+1 optical backup. When the main fiber is broken, switch to the backup fiber. When the main fiber is normal, then switch to the main fiber. The switching time of the main and standby fibers is less than 1ms, and the fiber switching will not affect the transmission of the status of the switch;

Support 4~20mA, 1-16 channels of current; or support 0~10V/0~5V, 1-16 channels of voltage; 16 channels of analog input and output can be combined arbitrarily; 

The AD/DA channels of 16 analog quantities adopt FPGA parallel reading and writing, non-MCU sequential reading and writing mode, and the delay of each analog quantity is less than 0.1ms;

Each channel of analog reads high-speed sampling data through FPGA, and the sampling rate is 20K times per second, which is much higher than similar products in the market;

After the fiber is cut or the input device is powered off, the analog output will keep the value before the latest fiber cut, and the DIP switch will be used to enable it. When this function is not enabled, the analog value will be 0MA or 0V after the fiber is cut;

Multi-mode fiber/single-mode fiber is optional, multi-mode can transmit 2KM, single-mode can transmit 20KM, ST/SC/FC interface is optional;

With signal fault protection function; will display all-round electrical interface and optical fiber operating status;

4-20ma interface anti-radar to IEC61000-4-5 (8/20μS) differential mode: 6KV, impedance (2Ω); common mode: 6KV, impedance (2Ω) standard;

Support a wide range of AC and DC input, support internal isolation, redundant dual power input, power supply supports overload protection, and anti-reverse connection protection;
