Isolated RS232 to RS485 Converter

This Isolated RS232 to RS485 Converter realizes active isolation conversion between RS232 and RS485 and adopts a 2500V isolation voltage DC-DC isolation power supply. Serial port power theft technology is not used, and the communication signal adopts high-speed optocoupler isolation.

The RS232 and RS485 ports have 3-level lightning protection, which meets the GB/T17626.5 (IEC61000-4-5) standard for short-circuit current waves of 10/700μs and open-circuit peak output voltage of 6KV with an internal resistance of 40 ohms. The communication distance can reach up to 1800 meters, making it widely used in complex industrial systems.

● RS232-RS485 with self-adaptive baud rate ranging from 300 to 256K.

● The device is powered by a DC-DC power supply with an isolation voltage of 2500V, communication signals are isolated using high-speed optocouplers to prevent serial port power theft and improve device compatibility.
